  • Hardware Warranty – Standard hardware is covered for five years, while Hardware Plus components are covered for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.

  • Spring Warranty – All spring assemblies are covered for five years from the date of delivery in residential single-family installations.

  • Glass Warranty – Sealed glass windows are covered for five years against condensation between panes. This warranty does not cover cracks or breaks, nor does it cover windows that have been removed and reinstalled.

  • Painting Warranty – No additional painting is required as Richards-Wilcox doors come with a long-lasting finish. Please note: The warranty does not cover rust, blistering, or delamination if third-party paint is applied after purchase.
